C3M Annual Users Conference
June 17-19, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia

The formal conference will begin at 1:00pm on Wednesday (June 17) and go to noon on Friday (June 19) allowing many of you to travel on Wednesday morning and return home Friday afternoon. We are going to again offer a Pre-Conference intro session Wednesday morning beginning at 8:30 am, especially for new users, and will be available for client specific conversations Friday afternoon.  The overall general conference agenda is below, but the most up-to-date specific agenda will be posted on the web-site. As always, we will attempt to offer some concurrent sessions to allow users a choice.

In general, the agenda will follow a familiar pattern as previous conferences - with the main technical day on Thursday. Anticipated session topics are below:

June 17 -
Wednesday morning (Pre-Conference workshop - 8:30am - noon)
--Intro to AdmitGold/DonorGold
--Setting user preferences and macros
--Using the AdmitGold/DonorGold templates
--Filters and Groups
--Reports using the internal report writer
--Elementary mail merge

Wednesday afternoon (Beginning of the Conference - 1:00pm to 4:30pm)
--Conference Welcome -- What's new in your world and C3M
--Updates and advances in the C3M AdmitGold and DonorGold templates.
--Updates in DetailExtract, InstitutionLink, ContributionPosting, and GroupZapper (other needed C3M add-on capabilities)
--Updates on the C3M Support System
--C3M family dinner (6:30) - provided -- Enjoy a taste of southern cuisine when we visit the Blue Willow Inn Restaurant in Social Circle for our C3M family dinner.  They have been featured in Taste of Home and by Paula Deen just to name a few -- www.bluewillowinn.com. You won't want to miss this evening.

June 18 -
Thursday all day (Everything technical - 8:30am to 5:30pm)
--C3M breakfast - provided 7:45am
--Changes in the base product with Version 8.5
--Technical Round-table discussion of client issues and suggestions
--C3M family lunch - provided
--SQL queries extrodinaire incl creating groups with SQL
--Advances in Word Merge (detail tabs info within letters)
--System integration options with SQL triggers (real-time), GoldBox (batch) and XML
--Using GISMO and GISME to integrate your system with Exchange and Outlook
--Advances in AutoProcesses -- getting AP's to really work for you
--Dinner on your own

June 19 -
Friday morning (8:30am to 12:30pm)
--MasterMine Software training session
--GoldBox - not for the faint of heart - automated SAT imports
--Report writing with GoldMine's internal system
--Conference Close

Friday afternoon(OPTIONAL)
--Client specific appointments (if scheduled). These will be especially helpful in order to prepare proposals for updates and upgrades.
