On behalf of the C3M family, welcome to this first edition of GoldNews. These timely tips and improvement suggestions are intended to keep you up-to-date with the best practices in using GoldMine.  We all continue to learn from each other – “iron sharpening iron.”

Your daily efforts and responsibilities have you immersed in the product and force you to keep learning.  Sharing what you learn with the whole C3M-GoldMine family is very valuable and greatly appreciated.  We encourage your involvement in the discussion forum, the annual user’s conference, regional workshops and direct contact with other clients.  Please provide feedback and suggestions on this newsletter–we really want this to meet your needs.

I add my personal note of welcome to Marty Carver, Technical Services Manager.  As you will see in the more specific note about him, his long experience with C3M-GoldMine at two colleges and work as a C3M-GoldMine Consulting Associate handling GoldMine and GoldSync installs have equipped him for “such a time as this.”  We expect to move to a much higher level of technical sophistication and service through his efforts.  Welcome Marty!

Friends, one of our major investments this year is improving the on-going communication with our GoldMine clients.  We do hope this newsletter and increased attention to the client forum will keep us all more informed, up-to-date, and working together.  Blessings.  sh
