Plans Annual Users Conference
February 27-March 1 in Addison, TX

Hi All – I hope you have had a Blessed
Holiday Season. We are pleased to confirm this year’s
C3M-GM User’s Conference Thursday through Saturday,
February 27 – March 1 at the La Quinta Inn and Suites,
Addison Texas. As with previous years, the conference continues
to be three days allowing longer sessions, time for peer conversations
and more flexibility.
We are structuring the agenda to have the
more routine sessions on Thursday and Friday morning, with
the more advanced on Friday afternoon and Saturday. This conference
will get you up-to-date with C3M, the release of GoldMine6,
new enhancement programs and technical issues.
We are currently planning sessions with Steve
Henderson- President of Christian Consulting, Marty Carver-Technical
Services Manager, Danny Ziriax- Consulting Associate (Crystal
Reports), John Neighbors of Professional Edge, Nathan Ingram
of Brilliant New Media (Web-Capture) and others. The normal
routine topics (report writing with GoldMine and Crystal Reports,
and Advanced Auto Processes as well as Word Merge) will be
enhanced with more technical topics in the later sessions.
Cost:
This year, the registration fee will
be $450. As you will recall from the details of our annual
technical support program, the registration fee will be discounted
commensurate with the portion of the 2002-2003 Annual Technical
Support contract paid (100% paid =>one free registration;
50% paid => 50% registration, no payment => no discount).
It would certainly be a good investment to pay any remaining
technical support billings at this time. Regardless of contract,
any additional conference registrations will be given the
customary 20% discount to $360 per registrant.
Agenda:
Registration will begin at 8:30a
on Thursday (February 27) with the first session at 9am. The
last session will end at 5pm on Saturday (March 1). The specific
agenda is being finalized and will be sent when completed.
If you have any suggestions for specific agenda items, please
get those to me as soon as you can (bryan@christianconsulting.net).
I’d like to have the final agenda prepared and distributed
by January 15, 2003. – More specific instructions for
your computer setup and other issues will also be provided
with that communication.
Pre-registration:
We will be utilizing our web-site to register this year. CLICK
HERE to access the online registration form.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or
difficulties using the new registration format. We need a
tentative list by February 1, 2003.
Shuttle:
Super Shuttle (dark blue and yellow writing). – Reservations
are not required for transportation to the hotel – just
follow signs to ground transportation. Approximately $16/person
each direction – cash, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express are accepted. You may make reservations for pick-up
to return to the airport by calling (800)258-3826 or (817)329-2000.
Meals:
Meals covered by the registration fee are breaks, lunch, and
dinner on Friday night at a local restaurant. The hotel offers
a complimentary continental breakfast everyday.

Please note that reservations need to be made directly with
the hotel by February 7, 2003 by calling (972)404-0004. To
get the conference rate of $70/night please mention that you
are part of the Christian Consulting conference. Check-in
time is 3pm with a check-out time is 11am.
