Using Email to Drive Online APPlications and INQiries

If you desire more online INQiries, APPlication and/or Event Registrations consider beefing up your website infrastructure to support your desired online responses. Once the necessary online forms have been created and tested incorporate consistent email into your GoldMine AutoProcess as often as possible.

Create your Email Templates by selecting the Print Documents Icon.

Select either New or Edit and Customize your Email Template.

Customize and Personalize your Email Template to include links to your on-line forms.
Then save the Email Template by selecting the yellow disk icon in the top-left corner.

Most of our client use email in their automated processes, but very few use it for the primary purpose of driving prospective students to their website. Many of our clients are now using web capture with GoldMine. Some clients prefer to build an “in house” web capture protocol, while others use GoldMine add-on products such as GoldPump and eGrabber to allow greater flexibility and a quick and easy setup.
