On-Site Professional Assistance:
- To save months in the development of your system,
C3M's team of professionals provide up to eight days (up to 10 hours/day) on-site
to assist in system creation/modification, data importing, and training as detailed
in the current C3M install guide
- The system template (based on the best uses of
GoldMine in all other installs) is modified to meet your institution's needs.
Your existing data is imported and eight hours of training is provided.
- 90-day application support is included for an
estimated installation cost of $22,500 plus software expense.
- Additional on-site installation and technical
support is 50% off the current daily rate for the first year and 80% of the current
daily rate in subsequent years.
- C3M off-site application support after 90 days
currently offered at a yearly cost of $1,800 by contract or $180 per hour on a
per incident basis with 15 minute ($45 minimum).
- Additional assistance is needed for GoldSync
installations - normally two days ($2700).
